You get the General Group Properties dialog window when you select a group in the left panel on the main window and choose Edit->Properties, then select the General tab.

Group Name |
Assigns a name to the group. |
This is where you assign a name to the group you have added, or change the name of an existing group.
When you have filled in the fields, click OK to close the window and save your changes. (Or click Cancel to close the window without saving your changes.)
