Group Properties (Transactions)

You get the Transactions Group Properties dialog window when you select a group in the left panel on the main window and choose Edit->Properties, then select the Transactions tab.

Fields

The following table explains the options available on this window.

Table 7-8 Transactions Group Properties

Field	Description
TMS Name	The name of the Transaction Manager Server for this group. The corresponding BEA TUXEDO group parameter is TMSNAME.
Number of TMS Processes	The number of TMS processes that are started in the group. The corresponding BEA TUXEDO group parameter is TMSCOUNT.
OPENINFO String	Specifies the resource manager instance-dependent information needed when opening the resource manager. The corresponding BEA TUXEDO group parameter is OPENINFO.
CLOSEINFO String	Specifies the resource manager instance-dependent information needed when closing the resource manager. The corresponding BEA TUXEDO group parameter is CLOSEINFO. This parameter is hardly ever used.

Description

This specifies the transaction parameters applicable to all servers in the group.

Buttons

When you have filled in the fields, click OK to close the window and save your changes. (Or click Cancel to close the window without saving your changes.)
