Check In a Content Item
When you check in a content item, it becomes available
to other users and to WebLogic Portal personalization queries (JSP tags, content
queries, etc). When you check in a content item, you can add comments that describe
your changes as well as change the workflow status of the content item.
To check in a content item:
- In the Browse & Edit Content Resource tree,
select the Content Workspace tab.
- From the My Checked Out Items folder, select the
content item you wish to check in.
- Select the Create & Edit Content tab from right pane.
- Click Save and Check In. The Check In dialog box displays.
- From the Check In dialog box,
- Change the version status of the content item, if applicable.
- Enter any comments.
- Click Check In.
