Workflow Policy Objects That Siebel CRM Displays in the Siebel Client

You must use Siebel Tools to modify a predefined workflow policy or workflow policy program, or to create a custom one.

Condition Field drop-down list of the Conditions list.

Values that Siebel CRM displays in the drop-down list of the Condition field are context sensitive, depending on the value that the Workflow Object field in the Policies List contains.
