Associating Multiple Accounts with Products

You can associate multiple accounts with a product by using the product as the parent and each account as a child.

To associate an account with a product

1. Navigate to Administration - Product, and the Products screen, and select the relevant product.
2. Click the Product Account view tab.
3. Click New.
4. In the Account field, click the single select button and select an account from the list.
5. To remove the account at a specified date, in the Delist Date field click the calendar select button and set a date and time to delist the account.
6. You can check or uncheck the Orderable, Promotable, and Auditable fields to select or clear these options.
7. To add more accounts, repeat Step 3 through Step 6.
