Displaying Return Order Details


You can display return details by using the Return Order list.

To display return details

  1. Tap Returns on the application banner to display the Return Orders list.
  2. Tap a record in the Return Orders list.

    All details for the selected return order record are displayed in the work area. The details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.

    New button

    Use this button to create a new return order record. For more information, see Adding or Updating Return Orders.

    Edit button

    Use this button to edit an existing return order record details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Return Orders.

    Return Information

    Includes information about the return order, such as the order name, order number, discount, and state.

    Related lists

    Each return order record can be linked to multiple line items. For more information, see Adding or Updating Product Line Items for Return Orders.
