Roadmap for Executing Marketing Programs from Start to Finish

To execute a marketing program, you must complete the following tasks:

  1. Create a marketing program.

  2. Create your target segments for each campaign.

  3. Create offers and treatments.

  4. Plan response handling.

    See About Using Response Management.

  5. (Optional) Set up waves.

  6. Launch the program.

  7. Load the campaigns manually or schedule the stage for automatic execution.
