Merged List Template for Base or Edit List Mode

The DotCom List Merged (Base/EditList) template uses the dCCAppletListMerged_B_EL.swt file. It is a specialized applet template that can stack applets one on top of the other without intervening white space. You can use it on a report or summary page. It displays the applet title in the upper right corner.
