In an organization, the business practices group and legal professionals can use Contract Terms Library to create and manage a library that contains:

Contract Repository enables you to create miscellaneous contracts, such as license agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and merger agreements, which are not specifically related to the functionality of other Oracle applications. You can also create miscellaneous agreements, such as License and Human Resource agreements, that are outside the normal purchasing or sales flows and for which full execution capabilities may not be required.
