NSS Cryptographic Token Support

GlassFish Server 3.1 does not support Network Security Services (NSS) cryptographic tokens. When upgrading to GlassFish Server 3.1 from Enterprise Server v2.x, additional manual configuration steps must be performed. These steps are explained later in this guide, in Upgrading Installations That Use NSS Cryptographic Tokens.
