Developing Java CAPS Projects
To Create a Top-level Repository-Based Project

Click the New Project icon, or select File > New Project to initiate the New Project wizard.

In Step 1, select CAPS > ESB from the Categories column and CAPS Repository-Based Project from
the Projects column, and click Next.

In Step 2, specify your Project Name and click Finish.
