Error connecting to VDM server:javax.net.ssl.SSLException:java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error:java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

原因：

未在 Sun Ray 服务器上正确安装 SSL 证书。 

解决方法：

请参见启用 SSL。

原因：

未正确设置桌面，或桌面已在使用中。例如： 

• 某用户已登录计算机（通过远程桌面或通过 VMware vCenter 中的控制台）。

• 正在打开/关闭计算机的电源，或计算机处于暂停状态。

• 没有可供相应用户使用的空闲桌面。

• 桌面上未安装 VMware View Agent，或 VMware View Agent 未正常工作。可在 VMware View Connection Server 中检查该桌面状态是否可用。

• 未在桌面上正确安装 Active Directory 和/或 DNS。

• VMware View Connection Server 和桌面之间存在网络通信问题。

• Windows 防火墙阻止到桌面的连接。

Connection tunneling is required to connect to the desktop, but it is not supported by this client.

原因：

SRVC 1.1 不支持连接隧道。 

解决方法：

禁用连接隧道。 

• 对于 VDM 2/2.1，打开 VMware View Connection Server Web 管理，转至“配置”，然后启用“到桌面的直接连接”。

• 对于 VMware View Manager 3，打开 VMware View Connection Server Web 管理，依次转至“配置”、“VDM 服务器”、“编辑”，然后启用“到桌面的直接连接”。请参见配置 VMware View Connection Server。

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

原因：

所使用的 Java 软件版本不正确。 

解决方法：

安装 Java 版本 1.5 或 1.6。 

Desktop tries to open, but immediately disconnects

原因：

尚需进一步诊断该问题。 

解决方法：

尝试使用 /opt/SUNWuttsc/bin/uttsc 桌面 IP 命令从 Sun Ray 服务器手动连接到桌面。应打开到虚拟机的远程桌面连接。如果连接失败，会出现错误消息及进一步信息。
