Editing an Element or Document Properties Using the Element Tree

Using the Element Tree, you can easily edit an element in a Documaker document, or a document’s Documaker properties.

Note   When editing an element, note the various editing considerations.

To edit an element or document properties using the Element Tree

  1. From the View group, select Tree.

The Element Tree opens.

  1. Click the element you want to edit. Alternatively, to edit the Documaker document’s properties, click the top node.

The node is highlighted.

  1. Click the edit button Edit button.

Alternatively, right-click the element in the tree and choose Edit Edit button.

  1. Make your changes.
  2. Click OK when done.
