Creating Attributes

This procedure describes how to create an attribute. You cannot create demographic attributes in Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing.

To create an attribute

  1. Do one of the following:

    • From the Quick Access menu on the left, select Create Attribute.

    • Click the Contacts tab, and then click New Attribute.

  2. Complete the fields to describe the new attribute.

  3. (Optional) To define answers and answer codes that are identical, select Enable Answer Codes.

    If answers and answer codes are not identical, do not select this check box. For more information about answer codes, see Creating Questions and Defining Answers.
