Motorprise has several business users who need access to various sections of the site content. We set up roles for these users so that they could use the ACC to perform various administrative tasks. Certain users manage the master and custom catalogs and administer price lists. Another user can set up new customer accounts by creating organizations, contracts, etc.
We created these users and defined their access privileges by logging into the ACC as an administrator, using “admin” as the user name and password.
We set up the Motorprise ACC users by:
Creating five users: Manoj, Eddie, Sam, Manny, and Samantha
Creating four roles: Superadmin, Content QA, Account Manager for NDAP, Account Manager for USMW, and Profileadmin
