Use the reboot command to restart the kernel and bring the system to a multiuser state.
Initiate a fast reboot of a SPARC based system.
If the Fast Reboot feature is not enabled, use the reboot command with the -f option to initiate a fast reboot of a SPARC based system.

If the Fast Reboot feature has been enabled, you can use either the reboot or the init 6 command to automatically initiate a fast reboot of a SPARC based system.
