The default JBoss transaction timeout is 300 seconds. This may be too short for your purposes, particularly if you have a large Oracle ATG Web Commerce catalog.
To increase the transaction timeout:
Go to the
<JBdir>/server/server-name/deploy/transaction-jboss-beans.xmlfile.Change the
<attribute name="transactionTimeout">300</attribute>to a higher number.
