Collecting RDA Information With the User Interface

Access the Service Logs Screen

From the STA accordion, select the Service -> Logs menu to bring up the STA interface to RDA.

The Service Logs screen is displayed.

The columns in this table are:

Bundle Name

The name you enter when you specify a new log snapshot. See “Take an RDA Snapshot”.

State

The running state of the new log bundle (Queued, Running, Completed). After you submit a log run, the log should be in Queued state. Once the log run begins, it changes to Running and then to Completed when it is done.

Date Created

The date and time you started the RDA run.

File Size

The size of the log file.
