Table of Contents Properties

  To create a table of contents entry:

1. Select Create a table of contents entry for this field.

2. Select Create this entry at level and enter the level at which the table of contents entry will print (for example, level 1, level 2, level 3).

   Table of contents levels print in your report as follows:

   TOC Level 1

   TOC Level 2

   TOC Level 3

   Note:

   If you select Report from the menu bar at the top of the Layout window, your individual table of contents specification is deleted. Select Report, then Generate Table of Contents only if you defined group breaks and are generating the table of contents based on those group breaks.
