Managing Users in an Oracle Application Express Instance

Instance administrators can manage all user accounts within an Oracle Application Express instance on the Manage Developers and Users page. User accounts are particularly useful if a workspace utilizes Application Express Authentication.

When setting up user accounts, Instance administrators can take advantage of some manageability attributes, such as allowing the accounts to be locked, their password to have a fixed lifetime, and their password to require change on first use.
