You can save a snapshot copy of the default WBS Codes view of the earned value sheet, as well as the Schedule Sheet-Activities view available through the More Sheets option.
To save a snapshot copy
| 1 | Open the earned value sheet. |
| 2 | Click the File menu and choose Create Snapshot. |
| 3 | Enter a title for the snapshot and click OK. |
To view a saved snapshot
| 1 | Open the earned value sheet. |
| 2 | Click the File menu and choose Open. The Snapshot Log opens. |
| 3 | Select a snapshot and click Open. |
