CRM Desktop does the following work:
- Changes the corresponding activity. It uses the Siebel repeating pattern that contains the longest interval between occurrences and that can incorporate all occurrences of the chosen Outlook pattern.
- To match the calendars in Siebel CRM and in Outlook, it identifies the list of exceptions for the activity.
