Caution About Changing the Default Mail Delivery LocationYou must not change the default email delivery location in the Microsoft Outlook profile where you install Siebel CRM Desktop. CAUTION: If you change the default email delivery location then Siebel CRM Desktop will not function correctly. Oracle does not support changing this location. Installing an Add-in Profile That Includes a Microsoft Exchange Mail AccountYou can install the CRM Desktop add-in in the Outlook profile that uses a Microsoft Exchange mail account even if an additional mailbox is available. Prior to Siebel CRM Desktop version 3.5, you cannot install the CRM Desktop add-in to the Outlook profile that uses a Microsoft Exchange mail account if an additional mailbox is available. |
