Sending Email About a Task

You can send email about a task to one or more recipients and attach an optional photo.

To send email comments and a photo about a task:

1. In the Task List, tap a task.
2. Tap Email, or tap Email with Phototo attach a photo to your email message.
3. If you tap Email with Photo:
   1. Tap Choose Existing Photo to select an existing photo on your device.
   2. If your device is equipped with a camera, tap Shoot Photo to take a new picture.
4. In the email form, specify the recipients.
5. Enter your custom message above the auto-inserted activity information. For example, you might provide an explanation for your status update or an additional description to accompany a photo.
6. Tap Send.

Tip

Email itself is not provided by the P6 Team Member app. The app uses your device's email application and its settings and contacts. If you experience a problem sending email, check the outbox in your email application or consult your network administrator.
