The Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of key study details. The OutcomeLogix application automatically updates the metrics to reflect changes in patient, query, and form status and to log email notifications.
By default, the Dashboard includes data for all sites to which you are assigned. To limit the metrics to a particular site, click the Site drop-down list in the page title bar and select the site. To clear a site selection, select a different site or All.
Depending on the configuration of your study, the Dashboard might appear as your Homepage or be accessed with a Dashboard icon from a custom Homepage. In either case, the Dashboard can include some or all of these metrics:
- Query Status—Shows the distribution of Open, Answered, Approved, Closed, Deleted, and Candidate queries in a list or pie chart. Click a count to navigate to the Query List page, which displays the queries for the selected status and sites.
- Patient Status—Lists the number of patients in the study by status. Click a count to navigate to the Patient List page, which displays the patients for the selected status and sites.
- ePRO Status—Shows the number of ePRO sessions and visits completed and due. Click the ePRO Sessions Past Due link to see a list of patients with forms due. This information also appears on the Patient Summary page.
- Notifications—Lists the subject, date, and time of each email notification you have received. Click the column headings to sort the notifications by subject or by date and time received. Click a subject to display the notification.
