Timing out and reauthenticating

If your session expires after the timeout interval specified for your study, the application prompts you to re-enter your authentication information.

• If the timeout occurs on an EDC or ePRO form, a dialog box appears.
  • Re-enter your password in the dialog box.

    The application returns you to the form you were working on.

• If the timeout occurs on a list or an Administration page, the application returns you to the Sign In page.
  • Sign in again.

    The application returns you to the Dashboard or your custom Homepage.
