Your OutcomeLogix study is a web application accessed through your internet browser.
- In the address line of your web browser, type the URL given to you by the sponsor.
- Press Enter.
The Sign In page appears.
- Study-specific information appears at the bottom of the page, if defined for your study. A red exclamation point denotes that an error has occurred. A blue exclamation point denotes information.
- The study name appears above the sign-in fields.
- In the User Name field, type your unique user name.
- In the Password field, type your password.
If this is the first time you are signing in, use the password supplied by Oracle or the study sponsor.
- From the Language drop-down list, select the language for your Sign In page, if you want to change it.
Note: The Sign In page initially appears in the same language as your browser and then appears in the language you select from the Language drop-down list. Language selection on the Sign In page does not associate a language to the user profile. Subsequent pages appear in the language specified in your user profile.
- If you want the OutcomeLogix application to use the selected language for the Sign In page, select the Remember selected language checkbox.
- Click Sign In.
- If you are signing in for the first time, the OutcomeLogix application prompts you to create a new password and select security questions to answer when changing your password.
- Click Submit.
- In the Old Password field, type the Oracle- or sponsor-supplied password you just used to sign in.
- In the Password and Confirm Password fields, type a new password that conforms to the password rules for your study.
- From the First password-reset question and Second password-reset question drop-down lists, select a password-reset question.
- In the Password-reset Answer fields, type the answers.
- In the Memorable Date fields, enter a month and year that are significant to you.
The Help Desk uses this date to confirm your identity.
- Click Submit.
The Dashboard or your custom Homepage appears. When a Call Center staff member signs in, the Call Center List page appears.
Note: Your study allows a defined number of attempts to sign in correctly, and locks you out if you exceed that number. Wait until you can sign in again or contact the Help Desk by clicking the Help link.
