  Fields in the Send eCodes page

  Field	Description	Note
  Patient ID	Patient number of the person who earned the eCode.
  Visit Name	Name of the visit for which the person earned the eCode.
  eCode	The eCode identifier.
  Amount	Value of the eCode.
  Currency	Currency type of the amount.
  Expire Date	Date the eCode expires.
