Manually distributing eCodes

  1. Select Administration (Administration icon. Click to navigate to the Administration page.).
  2. Click Send eCodes.

    The Send eCodes page appears.

  3. To view people who earned but did not receive eCodes, from the Search drop-down list, select Missed.

    or

    To view people who have earned eCodes, select Assigned.

  4. To find a specific person, in the Person ID field, type the identification number of a patient or person.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. To go back to the list of persons with assigned or missed eCodes, clear the Person ID field and click Submit.

    A list of people matching your search criteria appears.

  7. Select the people to receive eCodes.
  8. Click Send eCodes.

    The OutcomeLogix application sends eCodes to the selected people.

Note: Only ePRO and phone patients can be sent an eCode.
