Resending eCodes

The OutcomeLogix application stores information about assigned eCodes, including the code, the person, and the email address to which it was sent.

When a patient reports not receiving an eCode, instead of sending an additional eCode, the Help Desk can look up the patient and resend the previously assigned eCode.

  1. Select Administration (Administration icon. Click to navigate to the Administration page.).
  2. Click Send eCodes.

    The Send eCodes page appears.

  3. In the Person ID field, type the identification number of a patient or person.
  4. Click Submit.

    If the person has earned an eCode, that person appears.

  5. Select the checkbox next to the person.
  6. Click Send eCodes.

    The OutcomeLogix application resends eCodes to the selected people.
