Viewing a list of Call Center patients

The Call Center List page shows the patients added to the call queue and due for phone calls. Depending on the design of your study, the call queue can consist of phone-based patients, web-based patients who are delinquent in completing their patient surveys within a specific time frame, or both. Paper-based patients are not in the call queue but can appear on the Call Center List page if you use the search filters to find them.

  1. Select the Call Center List icon (Icon. Click to navigate to Call Center List page.).
  2. Filter the Call Center list.
    1. From the first Search drop-down list, select the search filter to apply. To see only the patients who are in the call queue, select the Patients Due search filter.
    2. If a second Search drop-down list appears, select the value for the filter.
  3. Click Submit.
