Searching for a patient

  1. Select the Call Center List icon (Icon. Click to navigate to Call Center List page.).

    The Call Center List page appears.

  2. From the first Search drop-down list, select the search filter to apply.
  3. If the second Search drop-down list appears, select the value for the selected filter.
  4. Click Submit.

Note: If you select All in the first Search drop-down list or click Clear Filters, and then click Submit, all patients appear in the Call Center List, including paper-based patients.
