On the Patient Summary page, you can see the status of each patient, visit, form, and item within a form.

1 | Arrows Appear on the visit and form levels. Use to expand a visit and view a list of the forms within the visit and the items within the forms. |
2 | Status icons Appear at the patient, visit, form, and item levels and include system and manual status icons. When a status icon appears at the top of a form, it applies to the whole visit, not just the form displayed. |
3 | Status Legend To view the status icons and their meanings for forms and queries, click the down arrow in the upper right corner, and then click Status Legend. |
4 | Status and Review icons Use after selecting a patient, visit, form, or item to change the status or track review. The active icons are determined by the rights assigned to your role. |
