Viewing the Call Center history of a patient

  1. Select Call Center List (Icon. Click to navigate to Call Center List page.).

    The Call Center List page appears.

  2. Click the Patient ID link of a patient. If the patient is not listed, use the search options to locate the patient. To see only the patients who are in the call queue, select the Patients Due search filter.

    The Call Center Patient Details page appears. For more information, see Call Center Patient Details page.

  3. Click Call History.

    The Call History page appears. For more information, see Call History page.
