Performing an interview outside of the survey window

You can assist a patient with a survey outside of the survey window if you have the right to override incomplete forms.

  1. Select Call Center List (Icon. Click to navigate to Call Center List page.).

    The Call Center List page appears.

  2. Click the Patient ID link of a patient. If the patient is not listed, use the search options to locate the patient. To see only the patients who are in the call queue, select the Patients Due search filter.

    The Call Center Patient Details page appears. For more information, see Call Center Patient Details page.

    If the patient contact is outside the scheduled window:

  3. Click Override.

    A list of incomplete surveys appears.

  4. Click the survey to complete with the patient.
  5. Proceed with the survey. For more information, see Starting an interview.
