Viewing and signing ICDs

1. Select Patients ().

   The Patient List page appears.

   For information on locating patients, see Searching for a patient.

2. Click the Summary link for the patient.

   Note: The status of the patient when you begin screening or enrollment depends on the study configuration.

   For studies designed to include online consent, the ICD appears.

3. Fill in the fields as necessary. For more information, see Informed Consent Document (ICD) page.
4. Optionally, use the Adobe Acrobat options to print the ICD.
5. Click Sign/Accept.

   The Patient Summary page appears.
