SGA Tab for Versions 5.0+
Select the SGA tab from the Property Conversions screen to modify or add signature airline code (SGA) information that is assigned to a specific channel.
New. Select to configure a new SGA code for the channel.
Edit. Select to change an existing SGA configuration.
Delete. Select to delete an existing SGA configuration.
Inactive. Select to inactivate an SGA code for the channel.
The SGA tab's display grid features the following columns.
Channel. The channel in which the SGA code will be distributed.
Resort. The resort or property associated with the channel and SGA code.
SGA. The SGA code that has been configured for the channel and property.
Channel Rate. The channel rate code associated with the SGA code.
Return to SGA. A "Y" indicates the SGA code will be returned to SGA. An "N" indicates it will not be returned.
Begin Date. The date this SGA becomes available in the channel.
End Date. The date this SGA becomes unavailable in the channel.
Select the New button to create a new signature airline code (SGA) configuration for the channel or select the Edit button to change an existing one. The SGA - New or Edit screen will open.
Channel. Select the down arrow and choose a channel from the list of values. This is the channel in which the SGA code will be distributed.
Resort. Select the down arrow and choose a resort from the list of values.
Channel Rate Code. Select the down arrow and choose a channel rate code to associate with the SGA code.
SGA Code. Enter a name for the SGA code.
Begin Date. Select the calendar button and choose the date this SGA code becomes available in the channel.
End Date. Select the calendar button and choose the date this SGA becomes unavailable in the channel.
Return to SGA. Select to have the rate code returned to the SGA.
Changes. Select to open the User Activity Log and view changes channel users have made to the channel SGA code.
OK. Select to save a new SGA code for the channel or save changes to an existing one.
