Catering Package/Template Configuration (BI) (REP_CAT_PACKAGE_CONFIG_BI.REP with REP_CAT_PACKAGE_CONFIG_BI.FMX)

The Catering Package / Template Configuration (BI) report displays detailed configuration information for Catering Packages or Templates in a BI Publisher report. The report can be filtered by Booking Dates; Sell Dates; Package or Template codes; Web packages only; Menu items, Setup details; and displays Packages only, Templates only, or Both.

Prerequisites

• This report can only be configured in a property with an active OPERA Sales and Catering or SFA license.
• This report is only visible when one of the following application functions is active:
  • Catering>Event Packages
  • Catering>Event Templates
• This report is a BI Publisher report. We do not recommend customizing it.
  • Report Name = Catering Package / Template Configuration (BI)
  • File Name = rep_cat_package_config_bi.rtf
  • Form to run = rep_cat_package_config_bi.fmx
  • Data Template = rep_cat_package_config_bi.odt

    Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.

Selection Criteria

Property. Available when OPS_MHT2 license is active. Choose the property for which the report should be printed.

Booking Dates

From/To. Filter for Catering Packages that are allowed to be attached to business blocks with stay dates during this date range.

Sell Dates

From/To. Filter for Catering Packages that are allowed to be attached to business blocks with stay dates during this date range.

Catering Package

Package/Template. Select from the LOV one or more package and/or template codes you would like in the report.

Print Web Packages Only. Select this check box to include only web bookable packages in the report. When unselected, all packages will be considered.

Print Menu Items. Select this check box to include menu items in the report.

Print Setup Details. Select this check box to include the function space and setup information in the report.

Type (Mandatory) Select one of the three radio buttons to determine what will be included in the report:

• Packages. Only Catering Packages will be included.
• Templates. Only Catering Templates will be included.
• Both. Both Catering Packages and Catering Templates will be included.

Button Functions

Preview. Use the preview option to view the generated output of this report in PDF format.

Print. Use the Print button to print the report to the selected output.

File. Generates the report to a file based on the File Format selected in the Reports screen. This report has an additional option for Excel which should be selected when you want to open the generated file in Excel.

Close. Closes this report screen.

The report can display by Package Type only, Template Type only, or both. Following are examples of Package Type only and Template Type only.
