Billing Report (billingreport with GENREPPAR.FMX)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.
The Billing Report provides the rate code and rate amount billed to guests for the selected property within the chosen date range. The reservation Source Code and Origin Code are included for each reservation, as well as the Source and Origin subtotals.
The report also displays the guest's arrival date, number of nights, number of rooms, rate code, rate amount, and market segment code. Additionally, the report shows the totals per property for the number of nights, number of rooms, and billed rate amount.
Property. Select the property whose billing information you want to view from the drop down list.
From/To Date. Enter the date range for the billing information you want to view.
