Offline Credit Card Settlements Pending

The Offline Credit Card Settlements Pending report displays a list of all of the pending offline credit card settlements.

Date. Select the Calendar icon or manually enter the date to run the report for. If the date is left blank, then the report will be run for the current business date.

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. Select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.

Report Output

Trans. Date. Date the credit card transaction occurred.

Time. Time of day that the credit card transaction occurred.

Amount. Amount the credit card transaction was for.

Approval. The approval code received from the credit card company for the credit card transaction.

CC Type. Type of credit card used.

Credit Card. Masked credit card number used for the transaction.

Expiration. Masked expiration date for the credit card that was used for the transaction.

Status. Current status of the settlement (Successful, Pending, Failed).

Settlement Date. Date when the credit card settlement was processed.

Settlement Time. Time of day when the credit card settlement was processed.
