Configuration - Item Inventory (cf_iteminventory with CFG3.FMX)

The Item Inventory report is available in Miscellaneous>Reports only if the Setup>Application Settings>Reservations Group>Item Inventory Function is active for the property.

Note: When the OPR <version number> ORS license code is active, the Select Property screen appears prior to the CFG3.FMX screen.  Choose the property you want to view and select the OK button.  The CFG3.FMX screen appears.

The configuration report for Item Inventory will display all Items that have been configured for the property. The ability to filter on a specific date range, Item Group and Item are available to streamline the information returned.

When the function Item Inventory is activated, Opera will automatically create an Item Group of ‘Housekeeping’ and two Items of ‘Xtra Beds’ and ‘Cribs’.

Items are configured PMS and ORS in System Configuration>Reservations>Item Inventory Setup.

Selection Criteria

From Date and To Date. Filter on specific dates that an Item is configured. These fields will default to blank to return all Items configured in the Property.

Item Group. A multi select List of Values of all Item Groups configured for your property. The default is with ‘All’ Item Groups selected.

Item. A multi select List of Values of all Items configured for your property. The default is with ‘All’ items selected.

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.
