Application.

PMS

Description. Maximum Number of Open Business Dates.

Internal Name. MAXIMUM_NUMBER_OF_OPEN_BUSINESS_DATES

Property Determination. Any number of business dates can be open in OPERA as long as the Run Additional Procedures step of the night audit has completed successfully for the business dates and the Print Final Reports step is the only procedure left in the night audit. By defining a numeric value for this application setting, only the number of business dates can be open and night audits cannot keep being run for the property. In order to run another night audit, the oldest open business date must be closed/completed, i.e.; Complete the Print Final Reports process.

In the event there are any open business dates,, the value for the setting may be increased up to the maximum allowed value or edited to set to the same number as the current open business dates, however cannot be edited to set to less than the number of current open business dates. The setting may be nullified to completely remove this restriction.

Income audit cannot be activated while there is any open business date.
