Name Select Screen
You may assign a Business Block or an Activity to one or more Accounts, Contacts, Potentials, and for an Activity, Business Blocks or any combination of these. If the business block or activity has not been assigned to an account, contact, block, or potential, when you select the ellipsis button next to one of these fields on the Business Block or Activities screen, the appropriate search screen appears, allowing you to select.
If the business block or activity has been assigned to an account, contact, block, or potential, when you select the ellipsis button next to one of these fields, the appropriate Select screen appears. This screen lets you see the accounts, contacts, blocks or potentials to which the activity is assigned.
The fields that appear on the Select Contact screen depend on whether you are selecting an account, contact, block or potential.
For Accounts, the screen displays the Account Name, City, Phone, and Relationship. When called from a business block, the screen will also display the account Type and a column indicating the print account. If the P (Primary) column is selected, that account is the primary account.
For Contacts, the screen displays the Last Name, First Name, City, Phone, and Relationship. When called from a business block, the screen will also display the contact Type and a column indicating the print contact. If the P (Primary) column is selected, that contact is the primary contact.
For Blocks, the screen displays the Block Name, From Date and To Date. If the P (Primary) column is selected, that block is the primary block for the activity.
For Potentials, the screen displays the Potential Name, From Date and To Date. If the P (Primary) column is selected, that potential is the primary potential for the activity.
X. Click in this column to select or un-select an item to be associated with the business block or activity. An X in this column means the item is selected.
Name. Account Name, Business Block Name, Potential Name or Last name of the contact.
First. First name of the contact.
City. City listed in the account or contact's address.
Phone. Phone number associated with the account or contact.
Relationship. Account or Contact's relationship to the booking.
Type. Displays the Profile Type (Company, Agent or Source.).
P. This column specifies this account, contact or potential as the primary for the booking or activity.
PT. Available only with an active S&C or SFA license, this column specifies this account/contact as the default account/contact for printing on reports and defaulting on activities. Only one account and one contact per booking can be designated as PT. The following reports and features are affected by this function:
Add. Select this button to display the Account, Contact, Business Block, or Potentials Search screen. Search for and select an Account, Contact, Business Block, or Potential to attach it to this activity.
Display. Highlight an entry and select this button to view and/or edit the essential information regarding the item without leaving the Activity.
