Reservation Types and Rule Schedules (ors_rule_schedules with GENREPPAR.FMX)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.
The Reservation Types/Rule Schedules Report displays the Reservation Types and Cancellation and Deposit Rule Schedules per property. Users can select the property(s) they want to view within a date range.
When Reservation Type is selected as a filter, the report displays the Reservation Type, Rate Code, Credit Rating, Override Y/N, and begin and end dates.
When Cancellation Rules or Deposit Rules are selected as filters, the Rule Code appears along with the Rule Description, Reservation Type, Rate Code, Credit Rating, Block Code, Override Y/N, and begin and end dates.
Property. Select the property or multiple properties you want to view.
From/To Date. Enter the date range you want to view (past and future).
Deposit Rules. Select this check box if you want to view deposit rules for the selected property(s) and date range.
Cancellation Rules. Select this check box if you want to view the cancellation rules for the selected property(s) and date range.
Reservation Types. Select this check box if you want to view the reservation types for the property(s) and date range.
Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.
Print. Select to print the report.
File. Select to save the report as a file.
Close. Select to exit the specific report.
