This report displays reservation information grouped by reservation type. Other information includes: Arrival/Departure Dates, Rate Code, Rate Amount, Nights, Room Type, Market Code, Source Code, and Company.

Selection Criteria

Property

Property. Select the property and origin code you want to filter the report by.

Origin Code. Select the channel(s) (through which the reservation was made) you want to view, or leave the default to ALL.

Date Range

From/To Date. Enter the beginning and ending date range you want to view.

Booked. Select this radio button if you want the booked date in this date range to display.

Arrival. Select this radio button if you want the arrival date in this date range to display.

Departure. Select this radio button if you want the departure date in this date range to display.

 Reservations

• Select if you want to view Individual and/or Block reservations.

Search Criteria

• Select a radio button report filter for Company, Travel Agent, Source, Group, Block, Rate Code, Res. Type or C/H. When you select a report filter (except for Block), a field with a down arrow will load next to it giving you the option to select all codes or individual codes. All codes will be selected by default.

Sort Order

• Select how you would like the report ordered: any combination of Room, Market Code, Arrival date and alphabetical order.
