Transactions on Hold (ovos_on_hold with GEN1.FMX)

Available when the OPV_<version number> Opera Vacation Ownership license is active, the Transactions on Hold Report provides users with a snapshot, by account, of unpaid transactions. The report displays the account name and number, the transaction date, transaction code, a description of the transaction, and the total amount. Once paid, users can refer to this report to manually take the transaction off of a hold status.

To access this report, select Miscellaneous>Reports, select the Ownership Group, and then select Transactions on Hold. A prompt appears, allowing you to select the date range of the transactions.

Selection Criteria

Date Range

From Date. Enter the first date to be included in the report.

To Date. Enter the last date to include in the report.

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. Select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.

Report Summary

Account Name. The name listed on the account.

Account No. The number that has been assigned to the account.

Trx Date. Date the transaction that was put on hold was processed.

Trx Code. The transaction code used for the transaction that was put on hold.

Description. Description for the transaction code.

Remark. Any remarks entered about why the transaction was placed on hold.

Reference. Transaction reference information. This field may also include any automatically generated taxes for the previously listed transaction.

Net. Net amount of the transaction that was placed on hold. The amount listed here does not include any taxes.

Tax. Amount of tax applied to the transaction's net amount.

Total. Total amount put on hold for the transaction. This total amount includes the net and tax amounts added together.
