Rotation Override Reasons

When the OPV_<version number> OPERA Vacation Ownership System license is active, select Configuration>Ownership>Codes>Rotation Override Reasons to display the Rotation Override Reasons screen to add or edit rotation override reasons for the property. Rotation override reasons are used when a room is selected that is not next in the rotation sequence, according to rotation sequence of the rooms. The Rotation Override Reasons screen displays the following information.

Code. The rotation override reasons code.

Description. A description of the rotation override reasons code.

Seq. The sequence in which the rotation override reasons code is displayed in a list of values.

Buttons

Move Up. Moves the highlighted rotation override reasons code up in the sequence.

Move Down. Moves the highlighted rotation override reasons code down in the sequence.

New. Select to create a new rotation override reasons code.

Edit. Select to edit the highlighted rotation override reasons code.

Delete. Select to delete the highlighted rotation override reasons code.

Close. Closes out of the rotation override reasons code configuration.

Adding or Editing a Rotation Override Reason

To add or edit rotation override reasons select the New or Edit button to access the Rotation Override Reasons New or Edit screen.

Provide the following information and select the OK button.

Code. Enter the rotation override reasons code to be used. When creating a new rotation override reasons code, this field will be editable, but can't be edited when editing a rotation override reasons code.

Description. A description for the rotation override reasons code.

Display Sequence. Enter the sequence number in which the rotation override reasons code will be displayed in a list of values.
