Police (police_report)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.
The Police report will be printed daily, to include, for all guests who have a Check in date equal to the Business Date. The report will display the Sequence Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Mothers Name, Fathers Name, Place of Birth, Arrival Date, and Departure Date.
Note: When the Profiles>View Sensitive Information on Profile permission is not granted to the user, then the Passport/ID Number will be masked with X's except for the last two numbers.
In order for the values of Mothers Name, Fathers Name, and Place of Birth to be displayed on the report output, these items must be screen painted to the Individual Profile screen.
Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.
Print. select to print the report.
File. Select to save the report as a file.
Close. Select to exit the specific report.
