Profile Address (pr_address with PRF7.FMX)

The Profile Address Report lists address information for the selected profile types.

Selection Criteria

Name Range

Name Range. Enter a specific name or just the first letter of a name (last name for individuals and contacts). For example, enter the letter ‘B’ in the From Name and To Name fields and the report will return all profiles that start with the letter ‘B’. Enter 'B' in the From Name field and 'E' in the To Name field and the report will return all profiles that start with the letters 'B', 'C', 'D, and 'E'. Select the Individual Profile Type and enter SMITH in the From Name field and SMITH in the To Name field and the report will return all individual profiles with the last name SMITH.

Filter

Profile Type. Select the down arrow to choose the profile types to be included in the report.

Note: The source profile type is available when the Profiles>Source application function is set to Y. The contact profile type is available when the Profiles>Contacts application function is set to Y.

VIP Only. Select this check box to only include those profiles that have a VIP code attached. When checked, a multi select LOV is displayed to allow for filtering on specific VIP codes. (Available when the Profiles>VIP application function is set to Y.)

Past Stays Only. Only include those profiles that have stayed AT LEAST one night at the property.

Primary Address Only. If checked, the report will only print the primary mailing address for each profile. If not checked, the primary address will be displayed first, followed by all additional addresses on the profile. This option is selected by default.

Primary Communication Only. If checked, the report will only print the primary communication address (e.g., email, phone, fax, web) for each profile. If not checked, the primary communication address will be displayed first, followed by all additional communications addresses on the profile. This option is selected by default.
