Promotions (promotions with ORSPROM1.FMX)

The Promotions Report identifies profiles registered for a particular Promotion Code. The report reads data from the Stay Records table and displays the promotion code, property(s) associated with the promotion code, member name registered for the promotion, member's card number, membership level, arrival and departure dates of the member's stay, number of nights, and the rate code associated with the stay.

The report can be filtered by the following: property, begin/end dates, promotion code, and membership card number.

Selection Criteria

Property. Property(s) to which the promotion (promotion code) belongs. Select one, multiple, or all from the Property LOV.

Begin Date/End Date. Start and end dates range of the promotion.

Promotion Code. The code identifying the promotion. Select one, multiple, or all from the Promotion Code LOV.

Membership Card No. If desired, enter the membership card number to search for.

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. Select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.
